This year, we decided to focus on influencing companies with the goal of promoting the creation of violence-free spaces. We are extremely excited about this project, as it allows us to strengthen key areas such as leadership, community, work-life balance, and women's support networks. We firmly believe that by working directly with companies, we can generate a significant positive impact on workplace culture and contribute to the creation of safer and more equitable environments for everyone.
